At Travel Reservationz, we understand that travel plans can change, and we strive to offer a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy across all our services—including flights, airline reservations, hotel bookings, car rentals, cruise reservations, and customized travel packages. Our goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible while adhering to the policies set by our service providers.
For flight and airline bookings, cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the fare type, airline rules, and time of cancellation. Some airline tickets may be non-refundable, while others allow partial or full refunds, subject to applicable cancellation fees. Any changes or cancellations must be made prior to the flight's departure, and additional airline-imposed penalties may apply. If you’ve booked a flexible or refundable fare, we’ll process your refund based on the airline's policy once approved.
For hotel reservations, cancellation policies vary by hotel, rate type, and location. Many hotels offer free cancellations within a specified timeframe—typically 24 to 72 hours prior to check-in. However, some special rates, promotions, or peak-season bookings may be non-refundable. In such cases, the hotel’s terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed once the hotel confirms the cancellation.
Car rental cancellations are usually allowed without charge if done within the provider’s specified timeframe, often 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. However, late cancellations or no-shows may incur penalties or forfeit the total amount paid, depending on the rental provider’s policy.
For cruise reservations, each cruise line has its own cancellation rules, which typically involve a tiered penalty structure depending on how far in advance the cancellation is made. Cancellations made closer to the sailing date generally result in higher penalties. We recommend reviewing the cruise line's cancellation policy at the time of booking to understand refund eligibility and applicable fees.
Customized travel packages involve multiple services, and cancellation policies will vary depending on the individual components (flights, hotels, activities, etc.). In such cases, the overall refund will be calculated based on the cancellation rules of each included service. Some parts of the package may be refundable while others may not. Any processing or administrative fees will also be deducted before issuing the final refund.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing or through your Travel Reservationz account. Processing times may vary depending on the service provider, but we aim to initiate all eligible refunds within 7–21 business days from the time of confirmation. Service charges, transaction fees, and cancellation penalties may apply and will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
